Vellum, about 12 in. by 9 1/2, consisting of 61 leaves, some of which are slightly stained and torn, especially foll. 37 and 61. The quires are signed with letters (ܚ, fol. 38 a; ܛ, fol. 48 a), but their number is uncertain, owing to the defective state of the volume. Hand 2 (minor, Unspecified Syriac script): Foll. 9—18 may be of the xth cent.
Hand 3 (minor, Unspecified Syriac script): Numerous Syriac vowels and diacritical marks have been added by a still later hand.
