Vellum, about 9 7/8 in. by 7 1/4, consisting of 120 leaves, many of which are much stained and torn, especially foll. 1, 10—12, 21, 24, 30, 34, 36, 39—41, 101, 108, 109, 115, and 117—120. The quires, signed with letters, are 13 in number. Leaves are wanting after foll. 30, 109, 115, 117, 119, and 120. Each page is divided into two columns, of from 27 to 34 lines.
